When one of the world’s largest logistics companies decided to upgrade its refrigerated truck fleet with over 2,000 new vehicles, they needed a reliable partner who could deliver high-performance tail lifts under tight deadlines.
The Challenge
The project came with three major challenges. First, the tail lifts had to be delivered in perfect synchronization with the truck manufacturer’s strict production schedule. Any delay would impact the entire vehicle rollout. Second, the tail lifts needed to operate reliably in harsh conditions, including extreme cold, high humidity, salt corrosion, and muddy roads. Third, midway through the project, the client added a new requirement: integrating specialized vehicle charging harnesses directly into the tail lifts.

By aligning our production schedule with the exact vehicle assembly sequence, we achieved precise “truck-to-tail-lift” synchronization.
To handle the demanding environment, our engineering team developed reinforced multi-function tail lifts. These units underwent extensive simulated testing for low-temperature performance, corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and long-term durability.
When the client requested the integration of charging harnesses, our team acted fast. Within one week, we completed sample validation and moved to in-house design and production. This approach eliminated long supplier lead times and ensured both quality and speed.
